• By submitting a planet you agree not to submit any artwork that may cause offence to others, artwork which is sexually explicit or generally not suitable for minors. You agree that any such artwork may be removed from drawaplanet.com without prior notice.
• By submitting a planet drawing you agree that the drawing will be displayed in the gallery and blog.
• By submitting a planet you give drawaplanet.com the legal rights to use the aforementioned image in anyway they deem fit online or offline. Intellectual property rights are automatically transferred to drawaplanet.com upon submission.
• Any monetary funds derived from planet designs belong to drawaplanet.com
• By submitting a design to drawaplanet.com you agree that the artwork is wholly original and is not derivative or in breach of copyright of any other image.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep this to a minimum.
• Drawaplanet.com is not responsible for the loss of any artwork created.
• If you do not agree to these terms & conditions then please do not submit a planet.
